First, thanks for coming out to the house to inspect the garage basement floor. Second, I want to thank you for doing such a great job on the previous repair... you can't even find where it was. Third, I really appreciate the mind set on how you approach your customers. You truly understand and embrace the customers for life philosophy. The chips/damage aside (owner responsibility) you quickly assess the level of finish on the current floor to be less than ideal. You acknowledged what the conditions were at the time of the original application and then simple said I would like to make it right. Accent stands behinds its work and products. WOW!!! It is so cool to work with a company that operates with such integrity... you have just made a customer for life. I can assure you that I will continue to promote your floors whenever the opportunity comes up.

Dear Steve,

The Callabrio flooring that we used in our fall Parade home received great responses! A majority of the over 2000 Parade goers that came through the Parade house were very impressed, and many expressed that they "Had to have this" in their garage or around the pool. They were also extremely impressed with the fact that the surface was non-slip. I would install the Callabrio floor coating again, and will encourage my customers to have Callabrio on their garage floors.

Putting a designer on staff has been a great asset to our building company. It takes a fair amount of time to collect our customers dreams and ideas and get them into a plan. In the end, theay are very pleased with the results. One area we do not spend a lot of time on is the garage. Sure, the guys usually want plenty of room for their tools and toys, but don’t ask for much more than a nice drywalled and painted wall finish.

When you asked if you could show your new Callabrio floor coating in our Parade home this year, I was not sure what to expect. WOW! It turned out great! The color and finish you and your team put on this floor was awesome. We had a very positive response from those that visited this Parade. It made a very good first impression as people entered this home. One comment heard - “If the garage looks this good, I can’t wait to see the inside of the house”. It reminded us that the garage is an important part of the design that deserves to look good also.

We are also doing a lot more of the Spancrete garage floors that enable us to add storage, parking or workshop to this area below. It is important to protect this area for water coming through from above. We appreciate the waterproofing option that Accent Concrete Coatings can install before the decorative finish goes down. It gives my customers and me some added peace of mind.

Dear Steve,

Our garage floor doesn’t deserve to be this nice.

But, as I think about it, our family is moving through the garage continually. Life is constantly on the go, as our lives are so full. So, second to the kitchen area, our garage floor gets the most traffic. This new surface by Accent Concrete Coatings is beautiful and clean, but more importantly, with its non-skid surface, in wet conditions it is safe.

So as we hustle and bustle our way through this great life, our garage floor may not deserve to be this good, but our family deserves a floor this nice.

Thank you to Steve and the guys on a job well done. The quality service and price met our expectations and we are very satisfied.

Steve, I wanted to say “thank you’ for fixing my garage floor.  We had an Open House for our daughter’s graduation this weekend.  It went well- we had over 250 people come to our home.  The food tables were in the garage and everyone commented on the floor coating.  Many though it was carpet at first!  They all kept asking if I really parked my cars on the floor.

I would like to make a suggestion- you could make a small display board saying “do you like this floor?” Then have before/after photos with “Please call Accent for a free quote” under it.

If all your customers are as happy as I am with their floor (which I’m sure they are) they would be glad to do this.  Just a thought for some extra business.
